Founder’s Message

Welcome @MidasBoysHigh!

When I imagined setting up a School, I imagined an educational space where modern ideas, values and theories in pedagogy will come to life and impact on the next generation of learners. Being an educationist, I was alarmed at the speed with which the world had changed and continues changing and yet our schools and educational practice remained more or less the same. Some even get worse. I therefore imagined a space where we would link the realities and opportunities of a changing world to our pedagogical practice to ensure that we equip our students with the global skills, attitudes and networks that will enable them to thrive in a modern world, their world.

The mission @MidasBoysHigh was therefore defined by this commitment and stated as: “To provide modern learning systems and environments to meet
the demands of the information age for the future” We have been truthful to this mission and we have sought to animate a fairly modern learning environment and relevant systems towards our vision which is: “To be the flagship institution setting trends and dictating the pace of innovation in modern educational practice and outcomes in the region”.

I therefore warmly welcome you to our official website. We have sought to present to you principles and practices that make us unique and the place
of choice for a parent and student who is looking for a different educational experience. @MidasBoysHigh we are different by design. Karibu!

Learning is no longer a required competency, learning how to learn has
overtaken it. If you haven’t learnt how to learn, your education will take
you to a place where your knowledge cannot sustain you.
